Covid Carrier Delays: It's no secret that a lot more people are choosing to shop online, and that shipping carriers like USPS, UPS, and FEDEX are overwhelmed.
Please note that shipping timelines shown during checkouts are ESTIMATES given by the carriers, and that carriers are not guaranteeing delivery dates at this time.
Right now the only shipping methods with carrier-guaranteed delivery dates are Priority Overnight and Next-Day Air.
We're seeing longer delays, as well as sometimes packages aren't getting scanned until they're delivered.
Rest assured, if any parcels ever exceed carrier claim timelines, we'll help with any claims or replacements.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. You should ship your return using a trackable shipping method.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
If the a return is for your own reason (changed mind, no longer want, didn't fit, etc...), we reserve the right to charge up to a 20% restocking fee. If an item arrives damaged, we may withhold up to a 50% fee.
If your return is because of an error on our part (wrong item sent, for example), we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. If your return is for your own reason (didn't like item, no longer needed, didn't fit, etc...) you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Digital products are typically non-refundable. However, we'll do our best to work with you and come to an agreement if you aren't satisfied with any of our digital products.
