Shipping, Returns, and Refund Policy

At Catfish Sumo, one of our Core Values is HONESTY. We don’t ever want anyone to feel tricked when doing business with us. We do everything we can to honestly and plainly explain how we do business, so you know what to expect.

Here is our Shipping, Returns, and Refund Policy. It explains some important information about how shipping costs are calculated, when you can expect to receive your order, and what happens if you’d like to return something for any reason.

Important Shipping Information:

Handling Time

We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.  Most orders ship in 1-2 business days.  On average, we are shipping orders around 17 hours after checkout is completed. 


Delivery Dates

Dates shown during checkout are ESTIMATES given by the carriers. At this time, most carriers are not guaranteeing their delivery dates (except for certain overnight services).

Shipping estimates begin once your order has shipped. For example, if you choose an option with 3-day delivery, you’ll likely receive it in about 4-5 business days. (1-2 days to get your order ready and in the mail stream + 3 transit days).

If you have an important event coming up and need your order by a specific date, please contact us to make sure your order ships with a shipping method that will reach you in time.

Rest assured, if any parcels ever exceed carrier claim timelines, we'll help with any claims or replacements.


Important Returns and Refunds Information:

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


We can accept returns up to 30 days after you received it.  All returns must be approved before mailing them back.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Your item must be in the original packaging.

We recommend shipping with a method that offers tracking and insurance.


Shipping Damage

If a carrier causes damage to your order during shipping, we'll be sure to help make it right.

Please let us know about any shipping damage within 5 days of delivery by submitting the information on this form:

Hold onto the original packaging and items in case the carrier requires inspection of the damage.



Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of your refund.

Refunds are posted to your original payment method, and you’ll receive an email notifying you that we’ve processed the refund.  The time it takes to post to your account will depend on your own financial institution.

If the return is for your own reason (changed mind, no longer want, exchange, etc...), we reserve the right to charge up to a 20% restocking fee, and withhold original outbound shipping costs. If the return isn’t in new condition, we may withhold up to a 50% fee.


Digital Products

Most digital products are typically non-refundable.  However, we'll do our best to work with you and come to an agreement if you aren't satisfied with any of our digital products.
